2. Advisory-Only Services

All recommendations provided by Prelist Studio are general in nature and are not intended as construction documents, architectural plans, engineering designs, permit drawings, contractor scopes, legal advice, or code compliance determinations.

Nothing provided by Prelist Studio constitutes a guarantee of property value, sale price, time on market, appraisal outcome, buyer interest, or financial return.

3. No Substitute for Licensed Professionals

Clients are solely responsible for consulting and retaining qualified, licensed professionals where appropriate, including but not limited to contractors, architects, engineers, inspectors, and real estate professionals.

Prelist Studio does not verify code compliance, permitting requirements, zoning regulations, structural integrity, or safety conditions. All such matters remain the sole responsibility of the client and their retained professionals.

4. No Professional or Fiduciary Relationship

Use of this website, submission of inquiries, or receipt of general information does not create a professional-client, fiduciary, agency, partnership, or joint venture relationship.

A formal client relationship is established only upon explicit acceptance of services and confirmation of engagement by Prelist Studio.

5. Client Responsibility and Assumption of Risk

Clients acknowledge and agree that all decisions made based on Prelist Studio’s materials, recommendations, or services are made at their own discretion and risk.

This includes, but is not limited to, decisions related to renovations, budgeting, contractor selection, listing strategy, marketing, pricing, and property modifications.

6. No Warranty; No Guaranteed Results

All services are provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Prelist Studio makes no representations or guarantees regarding outcomes, including but not limited to increased property value, reduced time on market, improved buyer response, or financial return. Results will vary based on market conditions, execution, property characteristics, and third-party performance.

7. Third-Party Services and Referrals

Prelist Studio may provide referrals or recommendations to third-party professionals, including real estate agents, contractors, or vendors.

Such referrals are provided solely for convenience. Prelist Studio does not endorse, control, or guarantee the services, performance, licensing, pricing, or outcomes of any third party. Clients are responsible for conducting their own due diligence prior to engaging any third-party service provider.

8. Client-Provided Materials

By submitting photographs, property information, or other materials, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to provide such content.

You grant Prelist Studio a limited, non-exclusive right to use such materials solely for the purpose of performing the requested services. Clients are advised not to submit confidential or sensitive information.

9. Intellectual Property

All content created by Prelist Studio—including but not limited to reports, renderings, markups, written analyses, branding, and website materials—remains the exclusive intellectual property of Prelist Studio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use deliverables for personal, internal, and property-related purposes only. Any reproduction, resale, distribution, or commercial use without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prelist Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, business opportunity, goodwill, anticipated property value, or return on investment.

In all cases, Prelist Studio’s total liability arising out of or relating to any service shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Prelist Studio from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to:

Your use or misuse of the website or services
Your reliance on recommendations without appropriate professional consultation
Your engagement with third-party vendors or service providers
Your violation of these Terms & Conditions

12. Payment and Refund Policy
