27 Bond Street is a condominium in Great Neck that faced significant challenges in its existing condition. Dated cabinetry, worn flooring, visible staining, and a closed-off layout made the property difficult to market effectively, where professional photography alone would not have solved the underlying issues.

Prelist Studio approached the project through a full pre-listing strategy, focusing on both spatial improvement and buyer perception. We reimagined the main level by removing the partition between the kitchen and living area, opening the space to create a more modern, cohesive layout. Alongside this, we proposed updated kitchen finishes, flooring improvements, and a complete staging concept to elevate the overall presentation.

Through renderings and visual planning, we transformed the property into a market-ready product, allowing buyers to clearly understand its potential before any physical work was completed.

The property ultimately went under contract in under two weeks, demonstrating the impact of aligning design strategy with market expectations prior to listing.
